SAN JOSE, Calif. - San José State men’s basketball (13-18, 6-13 MW) will host Fresno State (6-24, 2-17 MW) at the Provident Credit Union Event Center on Saturday at 2 p.m. PT on NBC Sports California, Mountain West Network and KTRB 860 AM.
- The Spartans will celebrate four seniors, Josh Uduje, Chol Marial, Donavan Yap and Sadaidriene Hall, for Senior Day.
- The Spartans are coming off a 83-56 loss to Colorado State at Moby Arena. The Spartans were down three starters and only had seven active players in the game.
- The Spartans are looking for their first season sweep of Fresno State since 2009.
- The Spartans defeated Fresno State 94-91 in double overtime earlier this season at the Save Mart Center (2/4/25). It marked the first Spartan win over Fresno State on the road since 2009.
- The Spartans' 94 points against Fresno State (2/4/25) was the most points they have scored in a conference game since joining the Mountain West in 2013.
- Latrell Davis and Uduje each scored 30 points against Fresno State (2/4/25), marking the first time in school history they had two 30 point scorers in a game.

- The Spartans' 9.0 threes per game in conference play is third best in the Mountain West. SJSU is also third in the Mountain West in 3pt. percentage in conference play, shooting .359.

- Uduje has scored 20+ 13 times this year which is tied for the second most of any player in the Mountain West. He has also recorded double-digit points in 23 out of 29 games played this season.
- Uduje became the first Spartan to score 20+ in five consecutive games since Adrian Oliver in 2011.
- Uduje went 5-5 from three and scored 25 points at USC (11/20/24). Uduje is the only player in the Mountain West to make five three's on 100 percent 3pt. shooting in a game this season.
- Uduje is seventh in the conference in field goal percentage at .493 (min. 5 FGM/G average).
- Davis is the Spartans' leading scorer off the bench, averaging 11.6 points per game. At 11.6 points per game, Davis is the top scoring sixth man in the Mountain West.
- Davis is averaging 13.3 points per game in conference play which ranks 12th in the Mountain West. Davis' 2.1 threes per game in conference play is tied for fourth in the Mountain West.
- Davis leads the Spartans with 48 made threes on .400 percent shooting. Davis is on track to be the first Spartan to shoot over 40 percent from three on the season since Trey Anderson and Omari Moore in 2022.
- Davis’ 30 points, 11 made field goals and six made threes against Fresno State were all career-highs (2/4/25). Davis scored 17 of his 30 points in overtime without missing a shot.
- Will McClendon is second on the team in scoring, averaging 12.0 points per game. He has scored double-figures in 17 out of 24 games played this season.
- McClendon has made 45 threes on the season. His 1.88 threes per game is good for seventh in the Mountain West.
- Robert Vaihola leads the team in rebounding with 6.9 boards per game which is also good for fourth in the conference. Vaihola's 2.4 offensive rebounds per game also ranks third in the Mountain West.
- Vaihola recorded a career-high seven blocks against Air Force (2/1/25). Seven blocks in a game is the most recorded by any player in the Mountain West this season.
- Vaihola's average of 1.56 blocks per game in conference play is second in the Mountain West.
- Hall leads the Spartans in steals with 36 recorded on the season. Against UNLV (2/25/25), Hall became the first Spartan to record five steals in a game since Omari Moore in 2021.
- Hall recorded a career-high 33 points and 14 made field goals in the Spartans' overtime win vs. Cal Poly (12/14/24). He also notched 11 rebounds, giving him his first double-double of the year.
- Hall is one of two players in the Mountain West to hit 14 field goals in a game this season (Donovan Dent, New Mexico).
- The Spartans’ have recorded nine double-doubles on the season (two by Vaihola, two by Hall, two by Sadraque NgaNga, two by Uduje and one by McClendon).
- Yap was named to the Outrigger Rainbow Classic All-Tournament Team. Yap hit six threes across the tournament's three games, including three against Hawai'i, one of which was an and-one.
- NgaNga recorded 11 points and 11 rebounds vs. UNLV (1/4/25), earning his second double-double of the season despite only playing 18 minutes in the game.
